I had a great experience with The Metro Group and absolutely recommend them. Our technician was professional, arrived at the beginning of the time window, and gave me a thorough explanation of all elements of the inspection. He discovered that our humidifier had not been hooked up, and worked with the main office so he could stay an extra 45 minutes to fix that as well. I was able to contact someone immediately early in the morning. I live outside their service area [in the far western suburbs], but they provided me with a reference within 10 minutes. Later on that morning, even though I was not their customer, Jim gave me a call and followed up with our furnace issue. He further explained what he believed was the problem and how to have it corrected. I couldn't believe the extra mile he went to even though we were not going to be his customer for this project. Amazing!

I have been using Jim Coleman and his team for over a decade. I've had a total of two technicians over the 13 years I've used Metro Group - the guys are always friendly, kind to our dog, clean up after themselves and provide a verbal and written review of our system.
