We are Jeanine and James Coleman. We started the Metro Group over 20 years ago and have been hard at work serving the Chicagoland area ever since. I was able to contact someone immediately early in the morning. I live outside their service area [in the far western suburbs], but they provided me with a reference within 10 minutes. Later on that morning, even though I was not their customer, Jim gave me a call and followed up with our furnace issue. I have been using Jim Coleman and his team for over a decade.
